At SyntixPharma, protecting your data and your patients' data is our top priority. We are committed to full transparency about how we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Data collected

We collect data required to provide our services: account information (name, email, phone), usage data (logs, preferences), and business data (inventory, sales, patients) entered by you.

2. Use of data

Your data is used exclusively to provide, improve and secure our services. We never use your patients' health data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Storage and security

Data is hosted on secure servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Automatic backups are performed hourly. Data access is strictly role-based.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your data. Sharing is limited to technical providers required to operate the service (hosting, payments) and legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@syntixpharma.com.

6. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for service operation (session, preferences). No advertising tracking cookies are used.

7. Retention

Account data is kept for the subscription duration plus 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for statistical purposes.
