1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing SyntixPharma, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept all of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

SyntixPharma is a SaaS pharmacy management platform offering POS, inventory management, patient tracking, supply chain, accounting and analytics features. The service is provided as is and is accessible via web browser.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data protection

Health data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. We use AES-256 encryption and daily backups. Data remains the exclusive property of the customer.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan. Prices are in US dollars (USD). In case of non-payment, service access may be suspended after notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of liability

SyntixPharma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
